GoonFree — Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement

By using GoonFree, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Users must actively agree before using community or chat features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use GoonFree.

3. User Conduct & Prohibited Behavior

You agree not to:

• Post or share any offensive, explicit, or illegal content
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Use the app for any commercial or harmful purpose
• Circumvent moderation systems or community guidelines

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

4. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for content you share. GoonFree reserves the right to remove any content or account that violates these Terms.

We may use anonymized content for improving AI moderation models.

5. AI Conversations and Calls

AI chat and AI call features are for wellness purposes only. Conversations are not recorded or stored. The AI provides emotional and behavioral guidance, not professional medical or mental health advice.

6. Subscription & Billing

Free trial: 3 days

After the trial ends, your subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates our Terms, community rules, or Apple’s App Store policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoonFree is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the app.
